- Summer's step-mom is very likely to show up. (The painkillers addict she told us about in the tijuana episode(1.07) !!!! )
- More people from Ryan's past are likely to show up.

- we already knew it but it's official now : the second season will only have 24 episodes, not 27!!!!- The Season Premiere will be entitled "The Distance" and will air November 4th. (Yes in 4 months!!!! We have to be VERY patient!)
- A new character will join the cast for at least 3 episodes : Diego. The actor who will star as Diego is Nicholas Gonzalez ("American Family," "Resurrection Blvd."). Here is his picture:
- Amanda Righetti (Hailey) stars in a new TV Show, "The North Shore", but her character may be coming back to the OC sometimes. But she has a deal with the producers : if her new show doesn't work she can come back full time as Kirsten's sister Hailey in the OC...
